- Limits: All services have transaction limits which will be displayed to the user in-case a transaction amount exceeds the set limits
- Charges: In order to ensure complete transparency, we have ensured that service charges, where applicable, are displayed to the customer for their verification before payment
- Reports: On payment, a notification and transaction receipt will be sent in the app for your record keeping and future reference

- Auto Reversal: Our policy is instant service or instant payment reversal. All failed transactions at merchant end are automatically reversed and user is notified of the same via SMS.
