Required Permissions (for cross-device transfer functionality):
1. RECEIVE_SMS — Detect incoming SMS on the source device.
2. RECEIVE_MMS, RECEIVE_WAP_PUSH — Detect incoming MMS on the source device.
RECEIVE_WAP_PUSH is required as the technical trigger for MMS delivery
on Android.
3. READ_SMS — Read message content and sender info to apply forwarding rules.
4. SEND_SMS — Transfer matched messages to the destination device via SMS.
5. READ_PHONE_STATE — Detect phone state changes to identify missed calls
for forwarding.
6. READ_CALL_LOG — Retrieve the caller's number from the call log when a
missed call is detected (required on Android 10+ as the caller number
is no longer included in phone state broadcasts).
7. Notification Access (BIND_NOTIFICATION_LISTENER_SERVICE) — Required to
detect and forward RCS, Chat+, and messenger app notifications. Samsung
Messages (Chat+) and Google Messages deliver RCS messages as app
notifications rather than standard SMS broadcasts, so notification access
is the only way to read incoming RCS message content and sender information
for forwarding. This permission is also used to detect and forward
messenger app notifications (LINE, WhatsApp, Telegram,
Instagram, KakaoTalk). This permission is used solely for message forwarding;
notifications from other apps are never read, stored, or transmitted.

All data is processed exclusively on-device. No message content, call logs,
or personal information is transmitted to external servers.
